John & Lynette

The camp is managed by John and Lynette Speirs, who have had a long involvement with Tirohanga.

Both John and Lynette have served on the committee that administers the camp and have been camp attendees themselves, having managed the camp previously and brought up their two daughters here before returning to Mosgiel. They have now returned to Tirohanga after a 20 year break.

John and Lynette remain passionate about Tirohanga and its many charms, and are enthusiastic and excited about the future of this special place. Their desire is that everyone who comes experiences the healing atmosphere of peace and tranquility, and leaves feeling refreshed and inspired. Their aim is to provide a safe and well-maintained environment for all to enjoy.
